Where can you get exhibition stand printing done in London?
020 3375 6674 info@silverimagelondon.com Open 24 hours, 7 days a week — call or email and we will tell you what is possible today.
In one building, on one delivery run. We print complete stand graphics 24 hours a day in our own London facility — shell-scheme panels, headers, rigid boards, banners, fabric displays and printed tablecloths. Files and payment in by 21:00 are normally ready before 9am, couriered to ExCeL, Olympia, the Business Design Centre and the QEII Centre timed for the build-up; a £95 minimum applies to work produced outside normal hours.

The stand is the one deadline that cannot move: the hall opens when it opens. What makes an exhibition job survivable is not speed alone but having every element made in the same place — panels, boards and banners arriving together, on one run, rather than trickling in from three suppliers on the morning of the show.

From the register rather than the brochure: a full stand ordered late in the day was branded overnight in the City of London, printed tablecloth included; six A0 foamex boards ordered at 21:36 arrived before 1pm; and 4,000 posters were printed in a single day for a show at ExCeL.
Delivery to the venue
The regular early runs go to ExCeL (E16), Olympia (W14), the Business Design Centre (N1), the QEII Centre (SW1), Wembley Park (HA9) and The O2 (SE10) — timed for the build-up. Flat and rigid work travels by van so it arrives undamaged; rolled banners go by motorbike where speed matters more. For exhibitors staying in town, delivery to the hotel the night before is often the calmest option.
Who installs it?
We print and deliver; installation is carried out by your team or the venue’s contractors. What arrives is finished and ready to fix: panels trimmed to size, headers cut, banners assembled in their cassettes. On a build-up morning that is exactly what installers want — graphics waiting at the stand rather than stuck in production.
Technical file specifications
| Setting | What we need |
|---|---|
| Format | Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred); native packaged files accepted |
| Colour | CMYK, not RGB; Pantone references for brand colours |
| Resolution | 150 dpi at final size is plenty for panels read from distance |
| Bleed | 5–10 mm on large-format panels and banners (3 mm is the sheet-fed rule) |
| Fonts | Outlined or fully embedded |
| Scale | 1:1 where possible, or clearly marked if supplied at a ratio |
Send the file to info@silverimagelondon.com with the size, the deadline and the delivery address — or use WeTransfer for anything large. A problem spotted at 21:00 costs nothing; the same problem at 07:00 costs the deadline, so thirty seconds in our free preflight checker is worth it — it reads the file in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
