Covent Garden orders print against curtain times and opening hours, not office days. Programmes for tonight, window vinyl before the shop opens, menus before service — and on the Strand side, hearing papers for the courts. Files sent by 21:00 are delivered by 9am, and same-day runs all through the afternoon.

What Covent Garden actually orders
Theatreland is the obvious half: programmes, posters, front-of-house boards and press nights where the deadline is literally the curtain. Around it sits the retail and restaurant grid ordering menus, window graphics and launch material. And the quiet third client is the Aldwych end — barristers and firms serving the Royal Courts of Justice, whose bundles and hearing papers are the same overnight work we run for EC4, just delivered west of the boundary.
- Programmes and order of service booklets, saddle stitched, folded and boxed
- A2 and A1 posters and front-of-house boards, printed and mounted
- Menus and table talkers on wipe-clean stock, delivered before service
- Window vinyl and floor graphics for launches and season changes
- Hearing papers and bundles for the Royal Courts side of WC2, tabbed and bound

Questions we get from Covent Garden
Can you print programmes in time for tonight’s performance?
Yes — if the file is right, programmes are a fold-and-stitch job we run the same day. Send the artwork by early afternoon for an evening curtain, name the stage door on the order, and the courier delivers to the venue, not to an office that closed at six.
Do you deliver to stage doors and venues directly?
Yes — stage door, front of house or box office, whatever you name. Venue deliveries are labelled per venue and handed to a person, because a box left in the wrong lobby in WC2 is as good as lost.
Can you handle a poster and vinyl order together?
Yes, and it is cheaper as one job: posters, mounted boards and window vinyl print on the same wide-format machines, so a season change or launch can go out as a single co-ordinated delivery instead of three suppliers and three couriers.
How late can I send a file for a 9am delivery in WC2?
Files and approval by 21:00 is the realistic window. The workshop is staffed overnight, so later often still works — it depends on run size and machine time. Call at any hour and you get a yes or a no, not a maybe.
