Printed and cut vinyl graphics
Vinyl is the one signage product where printing is only half the job — the other half is the cut. Both halves happen here: print, contour cut on our own plotters, weed and application tape, which is why cut vinyl runs with the rest of the day’s work instead of waiting for an outside cutter.
Cast film is the signage-grade material: rated 5 to 7 years outdoors, dimensionally stable, and it conforms over curves and rivets without lifting at the edges. It is what lettering on a fascia, graphics on a curved surface and anything expected to survive several London winters should be on.
Monomeric film is the flat-surface, shorter-term material — typically 1 to 3 years. For a flat panel, a campaign graphic or interior wall lettering it does the job at a lower cost, and specifying cast there is paying for lifespan the job will never use.
The practical difference this makes: the surface and the lifespan choose the film. Tell us where the vinyl is going and how long it has to stay, and the quote comes back with the right material rather than the default one.
Glass, walls and floors have their own pages
The same films and the same plotters, but different jobs, different surfaces and different questions — so they are quoted and explained separately rather than crammed onto one page.
Glass: frosted privacy film, contra-vision for shopfronts and manifestation bands for glass doors live on window vinyl printing. Walls and floors: printed murals, high-tack film for difficult paint and anti-slip laminated floor graphics live on wall and floor graphics. Vehicles: cut van lettering, decals and magnetic panels are on vehicle graphics — we do not do wraps.

Supply-only or fitted
Most vinyl leaves here supply-only: cut, weeded and application-taped, ready for you or your shopfitter to apply. That is what keeps it same day — production does not wait on anyone’s ladder. Application tape holds the layout in register, so a multi-part graphic goes up in position rather than letter by letter.
Fitting can be arranged where the job needs it, scheduled separately from same-day production and confirmed with the quote — our installers handle glass and walls and floors, usually early morning before a shop opens or out of hours in an office. The vinyl can still be cut today with the fitter booked for the slot that suits the site. Most of those slots are the same three places: shopfronts in Camden Town and Chelsea before opening, and studio and production units in White City, where the fit happens between shoots rather than before trading.

Q&A
Can you produce vinyl graphics the same day?
Yes, for printed and cut vinyl supplied ready to apply. Printing and contour cutting both happen here, so a file sent in the morning is normally cut, weeded and application-taped the same day, and files sent in the evening run overnight. Fitting is the part that gets scheduled: the vinyl can be ready today, the fitter is booked for a confirmed slot.
Do you fit the vinyl, or supply it ready to apply?
Both. Most jobs leave here supply-only: cut, weeded and application-taped, ready for you or your contractor to fit - that is what keeps it same day. Where fitting is needed our installers handle it, scheduled separately from production and confirmed with the quote, typically before a shop opens or out of hours in an office.
What is the difference between cut lettering and a printed decal?
Cut lettering has no background: the shapes are plotted from coloured film and only the letters land on the surface, so the wall or panel shows through between them. A printed decal is an image printed on film and cut to its outline, which is how you get gradients, photographs and multi-colour logos. Flat brand colours cut better; anything tonal has to be printed.
How long does printed vinyl last outdoors?
Cast film is rated 5 to 7 years outdoors and conforms over curves and rivets, which is why it is the film for anything shaped. Monomeric film is the flat-surface, shorter-term material, typically 1 to 3 years. The surface and the intended lifespan choose the film, and choosing by price alone is how a one-year job ends up on a seven-year film or the reverse.
Will the vinyl come off later without damaging the surface?
It depends on the adhesive and the surface, so tell us both when you ask for the quote. Films with removable adhesive exist for glass and painted walls and come off cleanly within their rated life. A long-term cast film bonds harder, and pulling it off painted plasterboard after five years is a redecoration, not a peel. If the graphic is temporary, say so before we choose the film.

- Before we accept an urgent job we look at what could go wrong with the file, the stock and the finishing, and plan so that a reprint would still fit inside your deadline.
