Individual jobs written up from the invoice and the email thread: what was ordered, what went wrong, what it was corrected to, and when it left the building. Names of individuals are removed. The numbers, the timings and the faults are not.

Most print websites describe what a company is capable of. This section describes what actually happened on particular days, including the parts that went wrong — a character in a spreadsheet that would not merge, a name shortened to an initial, a question about which size was being quoted. Those are the details that decide whether an urgent job lands or misses, and they are almost never written down anywhere.

One page here means one real job. There is no publishing schedule, because a job that was routine has nothing in it worth reading, and writing one up anyway would just be filler. That is a deliberate limit, not a gap.
