What exhibition graphics are, and why the drawing matters more than the dimensions
Exhibition graphics are the printed skin of a stand: the infill panels that turn a bare shell scheme into a branded wall, the header board over the fascia, and the graphic panels that clip into a modular frame stand. Rollable panels or rigid boards — which build to order
Rollable panels are the travelling exhibitor’s build: the print rolls into a compact transit tube, survives the taxi and the train, and hangs flat when unrolled against the shell scheme wall on its pre-applied hook Velcro. Roll them printed side out at breakdown and the same set does several shows. Rigid Foamex panels in 3 or 5 mm are the premium build: dead flat, better looking up close, and stiff enough to carry mounted screens or shelving — but they travel by van, not by hand.
A printed panel is a graphic, not a load-bearing part of the stand: for anything heavy, such as a screen or shelving, follow the exhibitor manual and your stand contractor, and treat the panel as the printed face only.
