Who can supply and deliver exhibition stand graphics for installation in London?
020 3375 6674 info@silverimagelondon.com Open 24 hours, 7 days a week — call or email and we will tell you what is possible today.
A printer that works to your build-up schedule. Graphics are produced overnight in our own London facility and delivered ready to install — panels trimmed to size, headers cut, banners assembled in their cassettes. Files and payment in by 21:00 are normally ready before 9am, with delivery to ExCeL, Olympia, the Business Design Centre, the QEII Centre or your hotel the night before; a £95 minimum applies to work produced outside normal hours.

Installers do not need a printer with opinions about design. They need boxes at the stand at the right hour, containing exactly what the drawing says, cut to size and in the right order. This page is written for that: what arrives, in what state, and what your team still has to do.

Delivery timed to the build-up
The regular early runs go to ExCeL (E16), Olympia (W14), the Business Design Centre (N1), the QEII Centre (SW1), Wembley Park (HA9) and The O2 (SE10) — timed for the build-up. Flat and rigid work travels by van so it arrives undamaged; rolled banners go by motorbike where speed matters more. For exhibitors staying in town, delivery to the hotel the night before is often the calmest option.
From the register rather than the brochure: a full stand ordered late in the day was branded overnight in the City of London, printed tablecloth included; six A0 foamex boards ordered at 21:36 arrived before 1pm; and 4,000 posters were printed in a single day for a show at ExCeL.
What we do and what we do not do
| We do | Your team or the venue contractor does |
|---|---|
| Print every graphic element in one building | Build the stand structure |
| Trim panels and headers to the drawing | Fix and dress the panels |
| Assemble banners into their cassettes | Position the stands on the day |
| Deliver to the venue timed for the build-up | Provide installation labour |
Being explicit about this saves a phone call at 7am on build-up day. If you need the graphics earlier than the hall allows, delivery to your hotel the night before is usually the answer. Timing detail sits on the 24 hour printing page and in the overnight exhibition guide.
Technical file specifications
| Setting | What we need |
|---|---|
| Format | Print-ready PDF (PDF/X-1a or PDF/X-4 preferred); native packaged files accepted |
| Colour | CMYK, not RGB; Pantone references for brand colours |
| Resolution | 150 dpi at final size is plenty for panels read from distance |
| Bleed | 5–10 mm on large-format panels and banners (3 mm is the sheet-fed rule) |
| Fonts | Outlined or fully embedded |
| Scale | 1:1 where possible, or clearly marked if supplied at a ratio |
Send the file to info@silverimagelondon.com with the size, the deadline and the delivery address — or use WeTransfer for anything large. A problem spotted at 21:00 costs nothing; the same problem at 07:00 costs the deadline, so thirty seconds in our free preflight checker is worth it — it reads the file in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Can you deliver exhibition graphics in time for installation?
Yes. Delivery is timed for the build-up when the file arrives by 21:00 — or to your hotel the night before if the hall opens too late for your schedule.
Do you install the graphics yourselves?
No. We print, trim and deliver ready-to-install pieces. Installation is carried out by your team or the venue’s contractors.
Can you produce full shell-scheme panels overnight for next-day installation?
Yes. This is one of the most common requests we receive.
Do the banners arrive assembled?
Yes — cassette banners come assembled with pole and carry bag, ready to stand up.
Is there a minimum charge for overnight exhibition graphics?
Yes. Work produced outside normal hours carries a £95 minimum plus courier.
