A printer that works to your build-up schedule. Graphics are produced overnight in our own London facility and delivered ready to install — panels trimmed to size, headers cut, banners assembled in their cassettes. Files and payment in by 21:00 are normally ready before 9am, with delivery to ExCeL, Olympia, the Business Design Centre, the QEII Centre or your hotel the night before; a £95 minimum applies to work produced outside normal hours.

Installers do not need a printer with opinions about design. They need boxes at the stand at the right hour, containing exactly what the drawing says, cut to size and in the right order. This page is written for that: what arrives, in what state, and what your team still has to do.

Delivery timed to the build-up
Build-up windows are the real constraint, not printing. Most halls open to contractors the day before and some only on the morning itself, which is why the delivery slot is agreed with the file rather than after it. Say the hour your installers get access and the graphics are timed to that — and if the hall opens later than your schedule allows, the alternative is simple: everything goes to your hotel the night before, and your team carries it in.
Vehicles are matched to the load: flat and rigid work by van so nothing arrives dented, rolled banners by motorbike where minutes matter more than volume. Send the files with the venue, the stand number if you have it, and the hour your installers start. Name each file after the panel it belongs to — it saves your team guessing on the floor.
